"Spec", "Build", and "Care" Programs

 "Easy-Spec" - Everyday Low Pricing  

  • Experienced Personal Assistance -  Our sales staff have extensive backgrounds in drafting, design, project management, and construction management.  Ask questions that you do not expect an average saleperson to know.  You will be impressed!   
  • One Low Base Price  -  Base price includes site assistance, like site review and meeting with your building and planning department for special condition and restrictions in your area (if desired). 
  • All Factory Options at Dealer's Cost Plus Governmental Fees  -  ELH will make no profit on any options supplied by the factory.  A small percentage is added for fees levied by the Board of Equalization for California sales;  these fees will be added on all options. 
  • All Freight at Dealer's Cost  -  Dealers commonly mark up the freight.  ELH will make no profit on any freight.  The freight estimate on your project is available upon request. 

"Easy-Build" - Owner-Builder Assistance Program

Easy-Build is a service that assists the customer in being an owner-builder.  Yes, the owner becomes the General Contractor (GC)!  Easy-Build gives you the understanding, control and decisions of your project that normally aren't available to you .............. in addition to tremendous cost savings.

  Why be the GC? - The largest benefit is that by taking on this obligation, you, the consumer, can save the GC's overhead and profit. In percentages, this is commonly about 15 - 30%. The reward is obvious, but there are also risks. Read the warning from the California Contractor's State License Board at http://www.cslb.ca.gov/Consumers/KnowRisksOfOwnerBuilder/

"Easy-Care" - One Call Warranty Claims Line

One Request -  Our "Easy-Care" is a one point of contact system for any issue that you may have with the home.  This includes factory warranty items.  You can call or email us and "Easy-Care" will receive and track the items to be corrected with the factory and give periodic updates. 

We Strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction -  Where it is probably impossible to achieve 100%, we get pretty close.  Our factories report that we achieve 90% and better in our final report card when polled.  This is mainly due to our attention to detail, the interest we have in our customers' projects, and our "Easy-Care" system to remedy issues that may arise.
